The Agios Mamas Lagoon, a protected area that hosts many different species of birds. It is a wonderful sandy desert for an excursion, which occupies an area of 6.3 thousand acres. In the wetland, many admirable birds thrive, reproduce and spend their winter safely!
The site of the only cemetery from the early Bronze Age! It is located just outside the settlement of the village of Agios Mama and is a recent discovery (1992). It is an organized cemetery that enlightens us about the burial practices of the time, including one of the oldest tombs in Greece!
